"Lebanon's King and King of Lebanon, Hariri, said on his website this week that his country has refused to take part in any war against Syria because of their Arab partners' support for the regime in Damascus. The Lebanese-Syrians have not gone along with any military action against Syria since an agreement by Lebanon with Damascus in 1994 to share power in the country.
